深部高应力软岩巷道协同锚护技术研究与应用

摘要: 针对深部高应力软岩巷道高围压、大变形、难控制等问题,在现场调研的基础上,提出协同锚护控制机理,研究并建立包括锚杆(索)高预紧力技术、锚杆(索)高锚固力技术、锚杆(索)群连锁锚固技术、锚固岩体高强度技术、锚固岩体高刚度技术、锚杆(索)协同锚固技术、锚杆-锚索-架棚协同锚护技术等在内的协同锚护技术体系,实现了对高应力软岩巷道的有效控制,取得了明显的社会经济效益。

Abstract: This thesis focuses on the problem of high confining pressure, large deformation and incontrollability which are typical of the heavily stressed soft-rock roadway in deep ground. Based on field study, this thesis discusses the synergetic anchoring and contrilling mechanism, explores and establishes a system of synergetic anchoting technology, which integrates the technique of high pre-stress technology of bolt or cable, the technique of high anchor-hold technique of bolt or cable, the anchoring technique of linkage group, the high-strength bolted rock mass technique, the high-stiffness bolted rock mass technique, the synergetic anchoting technique of bolt or cable, and the bolt-cable-shelf anchoring support technique. It achieves an effective control of heavily stressed soft-rock roadway, results in apparent social and economic profits, and has great potentials for application and promotion.
